personal data to this site, and this information is used to respond to your message in the form. Contact
information which you submit through the Malkoff Companies website is used to respond to your inquiries.
Resumes, CVs, and information you actively provide to apply to job postings in the Careers section. Your
company contact information you actively provide to register your company in the Suppliers Registration
section.

Malkoff Companies may maintain personal data and any other information you provide if required to do so by
law or if Malkoff Companies has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process; to
